Admission and reservations

  • Fill in the enrolment form.
  • Attach a photocopy of the identity card or passport.
  • Attach a photocopy of proof of studies to be performed.
  • Payment of a non-refundable tuition fee of 280€.
  • Once the student admission is confirmed, she will have to pay a guarantee deposit of 490€, which will be returned after the stay established in the enrolment form is over and the estate of the room has been checked. The resident may not use this guarantee deposit as the last monthly payment.
  • After booking a place, if it is cancelled, both the tuition fee and deposit is lost.
  • Leaving the residence hall before the date specified in the enrolment form entails the deposit loss.
  • The monthly payment will be made in advance during the first five days of the month. If the resident does not pay by the set deadline, she will be informed and will have a five-day term to pay in cash and be subject to a surcharge of 10€.
  • Payment will be made by direct debit.
