Regulations and Information

Below we explain the oprating rules of the Madre Güell Residence Hall, in order to guarantee a good coexistence among residents.

The residence hall opens at
6:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday (7 a.m. on Saturday and 7:30 a.m. on Sunday) and closes at 11 p.m.

Residents will be provided an access card for entrance and exit outside these times, according to parents authorisation.

The residence hall will 
be closed for Christmas and Easter holidays and between 15 July and 31 August.

Please check stays during these periods with prior notice.

Each resident will receive a
key to their own room.

When leaving the residence, it is recommended to leave the card or key at the reception desk.

In case of loss, 15€ will be charged for its return.

The resident is expected to respect other residents’ quiet and study hours.

It is strictly forbidden to make noise after 11 p.m.

According to the current regulations and for safety reasons, it is not allowed to smoke or light candles or incense in rooms or any other room of the residence. 

The rooms have fire detectors that automatically active the alarm if there is smoke.

The entry and/or consumption of any alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is not permitted.

We reserve the right to expel any resident whose behaviour or misuse of the facilities hinders coexistence.
