Regulations and Information
Below we explain the oprating rules of the Madre Güell Residence Hall, in order to guarantee a good coexistence among residents.
The academic year runs from September 1st to June 30th.
For stays in other periods: rates, conditions and availabilty on request.
Guests (family or friends) will be allowed to enter the common areas, with prior notice and consent.
Only parents can enter the room.
Each resident will receive an access card to the building and a key to their own room.
If the card is lost or stolen, it is necessary to give notice immediately.
Is is required to inform when leaving the residence for more than 24 hours.
The resident is expected to respect other residents’ quiet and study hours.
It is strictly forbidden to make noise after 11 p.m.
According to the current regulations and for safety reasons, it is not allowed to smoke or light candles or incense in rooms or any other room of the residence.
The rooms have fire detectors that automatically active the alarm if there is smoke.
The entry and/or consumption of any alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is not permitted.
We reserve the right to expel any resident whose behaviour or misuse of the facilities hinders coexistence.
